Document Controller – Berkshire
Our client is a nationally established Facilities Management Contractor providing services to highly reputable clients. They are looking for an experienced Administrator / Controller, preferably with a background in Health & Safety policy documentation, to join their secure site in Berkshire on a Temporary basis.
ROLE
• Assist Senior Management in the delivery of Health & Safety and other essential documents to all departments and sub contractors.
• Ensure essential H&S and management changes are communicated to all staff on site.
• Develop training schedules and site induction schedules for new employees.
• Prepare full job specifications on all new roles ordered by Site Managers.
• General administrative duties as needed.
CANDIDATE
• Solid experience in a Document Controller or Senior Administrator role.
• Experience in the Engineering sector preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Interact well in a team atmosphere.
• Full UK driving licence.
SALARY
• £9 - £10 per hour, depending upon experience. |
